Practitioner screening and onboarding process
Successful completion of training does not automatically lead to collaboration. Onboarding requires a separate decision and legal, insurance, operational and safety prerequisites that are in place.
Screening and onboarding stages
- An initial expression of interest with minimal information and no sensitive documents.
- A basic eligibility check.
- An explanation of the role, independent working relationship, remuneration and actual requirements.
- Specific checks through an approved, secure channel.
- A human decision with a recorded responsible person.
- A contract and onboarding only once legal prerequisites have been met.
- Limited activation, supervision and the ability to suspend.
Checks and supporting documents to confirm
- Exact identity and age verification.
- Appropriate background checks and how often they are renewed.
- Insurance and legal assessment of the independent working relationship.
- Criteria for rejection, suspension, reinstatement and termination.
- Recipients, storage and deletion of supporting evidence.
A fair decision
Every decision must be based on published, relevant criteria, not promises or automatic acceptance. The final process must explain whether and how a correction or review can be requested.
After onboarding
Availability, matching and quality require capacity limits, supervision, complaints and incident procedures, retraining and rules for stopping. Ask for specific information about the processes in use.
We accept practitioner registrations by enquiry. Do not send identity documents, criminal-record documents or financial information.
Training and collaboration are separate
The training pathway explains what you learn and how you are assessed. The collaboration process considers different prerequisites and does not start automatically.
