Complaints and incident reporting

For information about a complaint or incident, contact info@drhugger.gr without sensitive details in your first message. Ask for the responsible person, a secure submission method, the response time and the escalation route. Email is not an emergency channel.

What a report may concern

  • Behaviour outside the platonic framework.
  • Violations of, or pressure concerning, consent and boundaries.
  • Incorrect charges, cancellations or information.
  • Privacy, unwanted contact or data use.
  • Accessibility or exclusion.
  • Incorrect or misleading website content.

If there is immediate danger

Safety and moving away from danger take priority. Call 112 or the appropriate public service. DrHugger’s complaints process does not replace the police, ambulance service or another competent authority.

Minimum information for a report

  • A safe way to contact you.
  • The date and general category of the incident.
  • A brief description of only the necessary facts.
  • The outcome you are seeking: information, correction, deletion, investigation or another action.

What should happen next

  1. Acknowledgement of receipt without unnecessary repetition of the report.
  2. Immediate protective action where there is a risk.
  3. Access restricted to those who strictly need it.
  4. A fair review without pressure on the person reporting.
  5. A response, correction and escalation in line with the approved policy.

Data protection

Do not post complaints containing personal details in comments or on social media. Before submitting a report, ask who receives it, for what purpose, how long it is retained and how to exercise your rights.

Status: This page provides information and is not an incident-reporting form. Request instructions through info@drhugger.gr without sending sensitive information.

Different needs, different routes

Reporting a problem is not a booking request. Read the service limitations and code of conduct; for immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency services.
