Practitioner assessment and internal certificate

Assessment must demonstrate understanding and application of the rules. Watching the videos alone does not mean an automatic pass.

Assessment components to confirm

  • An online knowledge check covering consent, boundaries and scope of practice.
  • Scenario analysis and choosing a safe response.
  • A video interview assessing communication, judgement and professional conduct.
  • A possible practical simulation before the final decision.

Criteria you need to know

  • The minimum passing score and critical questions where no incorrect answer is acceptable.
  • The identity and responsibilities of the assessors.
  • The number of attempts, feedback and the timing of reassessment.
  • The appeals and correction process.
  • Which records are retained, why, by whom and for how long.

What the certificate means

If awarded, the certificate confirms only completion of the internal requirements of the specific version of the Practitioner Pack. It is not a government-issued licence, university qualification, licence to practise therapy or international accreditation.

What it does not guarantee

  • Approval as a practitioner.
  • A contract or professional relationship.
  • Clients, working hours, income or availability in any particular area.
  • Permanent status without reassessment, updates or possible suspension.

Misleading use is prohibited: The title and certificate must not be presented as a licence to practise a healthcare profession or as external certification.

After the training assessment

Successful completion relates to the programme. Consideration for collaboration is a separate process involving a human decision. Ask for the current terms before making a commitment.
