Cancellations and changes

Before confirming a session, request the change, cancellation and refund terms that apply to your request. This page explains what needs to be clear and does not set amounts or deadlines.

What the terms need to clarify

  • The deadline for changing or cancelling a session.
  • Who notifies whom, and through which official channel.
  • Whether there is a charge, and in exactly which circumstances.
  • When and how a payment is refunded.
  • What happens if the provider or DrHugger cancels.
  • What applies to lateness, non-attendance or a safety concern.

Safety comes before completing a session

If a consent issue, behaviour outside the agreed boundaries or an immediate safety concern arises, it must be possible to stop the session. The financial handling of such an incident must follow a separate, fair process and must not be used to pressure anyone to continue.

A change requested by the client

To change a session, contact DrHugger and ask about available rescheduling options and the applicable terms. A change requires confirmation and is not made automatically on this page.

A change by the provider or DrHugger

Availability may change. The service must not promise a replacement or a time for service before it actually has the capacity.

A dispute or complaint

See the complaints page for contact information and ask how your concern will be handled. We do not promise a specific response time.

Do not rely on this page as a contractual term. Request the binding terms before any payment or confirmation.

See complaints and incident reporting.

What to check alongside the terms for changes

Before booking, you must know the process, the total price and which terms apply. This information is not a specific refund policy.
